About the race
Charge! Teddy's 5K is a charity race held in Garland, Texas, starting and finishing at Audubon Park. The 5K route offers a traditional in-person option, with a Virtual Charge! Teddy's 5K for remote runners. Organized by Teddy's Rough Riders, a 501(c)(3) benefiting STXBP1 Disorder, the event raises funds for cure research and support for affected families.
The race atmosphere blends community energy with a hopeful mission to advance STXBP1 treatments. Spectators and volunteers contribute to a supportive, family-friendly atmosphere. Packet pickup opens the morning of the race, starting at 8 AM.
