Christalis Superhero 5K Run/Walk

The Christalis Superhero 5K Run/Walk is a family-friendly event held in Takoma Park, Maryland, at Washington Adventist University and Sligo Creek. Open to all ages and fitness levels, the race features a 5K run/walk and a virtual run option. Participants enjoy a lively atmosphere with live music, cheerleaders, and a post-race Kiddie Dash.

Each runner receives a superhero-themed T-shirt along with pre- and post-race snacks. The event also includes food and business vendors, attracting around 150-200 runners and spectators.
