City of Roses Half Marathon

The City of Roses Half Marathon & 5K, held annually in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is a well-established event celebrating its 45th year in 2025. The race weekend features a USATF-certified flat and fast 5K on a paved trail and a scenic half marathon course that winds through residential areas, horse farms, and wooded countryside. Runners enjoy well-supported water stops, enthusiastic volunteers, and a festive finish at the Osage Center with food, drinks, and locally brewed beer.
