Coastal Edge ECSC 5K

The Coastal Edge ECSC 5K is a scenic running event held on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, starting at 2nd Street. This fast, flat, out-and-back course offers runners beautiful views of the morning sun over the oceanfront. The race takes place during the 62nd Annual Coastal Edge East Coast Surfing Championships, with pro surf competitions and other free events following the run.

Participants receive a custom medal and commemorative tee. Course marshals and a water station near the turnaround ensure support along the route.
