Larchmont R.A.T. Race

The 2025 Larchmont R.A.T. Race takes place in Norfolk, Virginia, on the streets of Larchmont, with start and finish on Bolling Avenue beside ODU’s Brick Field. It offers a 1-Mile Kids Run and a 5K through streets, culminating in a post‑race celebration with refreshments.

The event, a longtime neighborhood fall tradition, supports the Larchmont Elementary School PTA. Registrations include a race shirt, timing chip, medal, and awards for the top three male and female finishers in each distance. A registered parent/guardian is required for runners ages 6 and under.
