Chas Foundation 5K

The 11th Annual Chas Foundation 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk is a charity event held in Suffolk, Virginia, benefiting local mental health care initiatives in the Hampton Roads area. The race features a certified, fast, flat, and scenic out-and-back 5K course alongside a golf course and several lakes in the Harbour View neighborhood. There is also a 1-mile Fun Run/Walk suitable for all ages and abilities.

Participants enjoy easy parking, water stops, course marshals, and post-race coffee and donuts. Early registrants receive a custom short sleeve tech running shirt. An after-race meetup is held at MoMac Brewery in nearby Portsmouth.
