Chas Foundation 5K

Now in its 11th year, the Chas Foundation 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk in Suffolk, Virginia, supports local initiatives to improve mental health care in the Hampton Roads area. The race features a certified, fast out-and-back 5K and a 1-mile option, with a flat, paved course winding through the Harbour View neighborhood alongside a golf course and lakes. Start/finish is at Towne Bank University, 6009 Harbour View Blvd.

Highlights include a guaranteed tech T-shirt for the first 250 registrants, easy parking, refreshments after the race, and a post-race gathering at MoMac Brewery.
