Colt 45 Trail Run

The Colt 45 Trail Run takes place at Colt Creek State Park in Lakeland, Florida, offering a variety of challenging trail distances. Runners can choose from a 60-mile "Colt Double Malt" (four 14-mile loops), a 45-mile "Original Colt 45" (three 14-mile loops plus a 3-mile starter loop), a 45K "Colt Silver" (two 14-mile loops), or a 14-mile "Colt Mini" (one loop). The course features three aid stations per loop to support participants.

After the race, all finishers receive handcrafted awards, with additional prizes for the top three men and women in each distance. The event fosters a friendly atmosphere with a post-race picnic to celebrate all runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
