Regular registration rates and deadlines are published: regular pricing ends November 22, 2025, late registration ends November 29, 2025, and virtual event registration closes November 22, 2025. Fees listed include different amounts for the 5K, 10K, and virtual races, with guarantees for race swag in requested sizes for registrations completed by November 20, 2025. Packet pickup is held on race morning.
All participants receive a "white elephant" finisher medal. Race shirts and finisher medals are reused from prior events and will be stamped or marked with the White Elephant logo; organizers will distribute wrapped swag items after the event and may offer some extra shirts for size exchanges. Awards are given for overall and age-group placements across standard age divisions.
