Conway Stars and Strides Run

The Conway Stars and Strides Run is an annual event held in historic downtown Conway, South Carolina, honoring Veterans Day and those who have served. The 2025 race features a chip-timed 5K and a non-timed 1 Mile run, encouraging participants to wear patriotic gear and wave flags in support of veterans. The event offers awards for overall and age group categories in the 5K race.

Participants receive patriotic swag and a completion medal. Parking is available in downtown Conway, with designated lots provided before the race. Packet pick-up and late registration occur the day before and the morning of the race.
