Event overview
The Cornelia Masonic Lodge Gobble Gobble 5K Turkey Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run is an inaugural race held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Mount Airy, Georgia. The event offers two course options:
- 5K race
- 1 Mile kids run/walk
Races take place on the campuses of Habersham Central High School and Habersham Ninth Grade Academy.
Logistics and awards
The event location is 2059 State Hwy 197 South, Mount Airy, GA 30563. Parking is available in front of the high school. Packet pick-up and the starting point are set in the southeast parking lot under the awning of the vocational wing.
Entry fees are listed as $35 for participants aged 15 and up and $15 for the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk for ages up to 14. All paid participants receive a long-sleeve Gobble Gobble event shirt. The event will award 22 medals: overall top five finishers, top three in each age bracket (15-25, 26-35, 36-59, 60 and up, male and female), plus additional awards for best costume and for the longest distance traveled to the event.
