The Culpeper Triathlon takes place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, in Culpeper, Virginia. Race format and features
The swim takes place in Mountain Run Lake. Organizers describe the bike course as having good pavement and scenic views; it is noted as not being a personal-record (PR) course. The run course is described as a rolling mix of flats and steady hills with views of the lake and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Swim starts use a time trial format with two athletes started every few seconds; an Elite Box Start is used to position top competitors at the front.
