D-Day Legacy 5k

The D-Day Legacy 5k is a commemorative running event held at the Northeast Ohio Regional Airport in Jefferson, Ohio. Scheduled for August 16, 2025, it honors WWII veterans Bob Noody and Dan McBride. Participants can choose from a 5k run, walk, ruck, or a kid's run, all starting near the historic Conneaut Airport.

The event celebrates courage and sacrifice, supporting veteran outreach and memorial initiatives. The first 150 finishers receive medals, and registrants by August 1 are guaranteed a commemorative race t-shirt. Fundraisers raising $250 or more earn exclusive swag.
