The 50 mile course starts at Wilderness Park in Kaysville and finishes at Tunnel Springs Park in North Salt Lake. Entry fees listed are: 50M $129 through Christmas then $189; 55K $129; 25K $69. Registration closes on Sun, Sep 27 at 11:59 PM MT.

Course and logistics

The 50 miler is a point-to-point course made up of trails (71%), service roads (24%), and about 2.5 miles of paved road. It lists approximately 10,490 ft of vertical gain and 10,194 ft of descent, with elevations from 4,657 ft to 9,361 ft. The 55K covers much of the same terrain with about 7,800 ft of gain. The 25K uses the same final 15 miles as the longer races and has about 2,238 ft of gain; it has one aid station.

Pacers are allowed for the 50M and 55K at specified aid stations; pacers must wear a pacer bib, which runners pick up at packet pickup. Drop bags are allowed at designated locations for the 50M and at two locations for the 55K; drop bags are not allowed for the 25K.
