Deam Lake Loop Trail Run

The Deam Lake Loop Trail Run is an inaugural event held at Deam Lake State Recreation Area in Borden, Indiana. Scheduled for October 4, 2025, it features 10K and 5K trail races as well as 10K and 5K trail walk/hike options. The 10K course follows the scenic Deam Lake Loop trail, offering a moderately challenging route with several short but steep climbs, creek crossings, and a road crossing with safety measures.

The 5K combines parts of the Deam Lake Loop, Knobstone Trail, and paved roads. The race starts and finishes at the Forest Education Center, with aid stations and well-marked trails, welcoming runners and walkers to enjoy the fall colors.
