Northeast Deka Fit & Ultra

The 2025 Northeast DEKA FIT & Ultra event will take place at Spooky Nook Sports in Manheim, PA, featuring a dynamic fitness challenge that includes 10 fitness zones. Participants can choose between the DEKA FIT, a 5 km race, and the more intense DEKA FIT Ultra. This event is designed for all fitness levels, promoting endurance, strength, and mental toughness.
