NorCal DEKA FIT

NorCal DEKA FIT returns to Sacramento’s Safe Credit Union Convention Center for two epic days of fitness racing in the DEKA FIT Arena. The 5K course pairs ten functional training zones with a 500-meter run before each zone, challenging all-levels athletes from basic movements to full-body, high-intensity finishers. Heats scale from Age Group to Elite to accommodate different fitness levels.

Finishers earn a DEKA FIT Finisher Tee, a medal, and a Trifecta wedge, plus a spot on the global leaderboard. The event also pilots an Athlete Judge Program to ensure a professionally judged experience for all participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
