Event overview
The 2025 DEKA World Championship takes place Dec 05-07, 2025 at the Broward County Convention Center, 1950 Eisenhower Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL. The three-day event stages separate world championships for DEKA FIT, DEKA MILE, and DEKA STRONG on consecutive days. The event is hosted in partnership with Visit Lauderdale.

DEKA FIT combines ten functional training zones. Each zone is preceded by 500 m of running, for a total distance of 5 km. The event lists an average duration for DEKA FIT of 0 h 50 m 30 s. Heats are run at different intensity levels, from Age Group through Elite.
Finishers receive a finisher tee, a finisher medal with lanyard, and a DEKA FIT Trifecta wedge. The Trifecta wedge relates to completing DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE in the same year.
