Delta Lake Triathlon

The Delta Lake Triathlon, held at the scenic 720-acre Delta Lake State Park in Rome, NY, offers Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons and AquaBike events. The course features a 750m swim, an 11-mile moderately hilly bike ride outside the park, and a 5K run within the park, finishing lakeside. Olympic participants complete two loops of each segment.

The event welcomes paratriathletes and relay teams for Sprint and Olympic distances. Ambitious athletes can attempt the "Delta Double," racing both Sprint and Olympic distances in one day.
