The course is described as mostly flat, paved, and out-and-back on park roads. The event is chip timed and offers finisher medals. Amenities listed include hoodies for early registrants, tacos, Mexican "Rosca de Reyes" sweet bread, hot chocolate, breakfast, music, and Zumba/folklorico dancing.
Prizes and awards include age-group trophies for the 5K and half marathon, cash awards for the top three male and female finishers in the half marathon, a cash prize for the fastest team in the half marathon, and a cash prize for the team with the most participants. Special categories require registration: Clydesdale (men over 225 lbs) and Athena (women over 185 lbs).
Packet pickup is available the day before at Fleet Feet Fresno (9447 N. Fort Washington Suite 106) and on race day at the Shinzen Group Activity Area in Woodward Park.
