Dirty Dozen Obstacle Mud Run

The Dirty Dozen 5K and Fun Run Obstacle Mud Run is an exciting event scheduled for September 13, 2025, at the Jerry Long Family YMCA in Clemmons, NC. This annual event features a challenging 5K course for participants aged 7 and up, as well as a Fun Run suitable for all ages. Participants can compete individually or in teams, facing various obstacles that test their strength, agility, and endurance.

Proceeds from the event support YMCA health programs, including initiatives for cancer survivors and those managing chronic diseases.
