Dirty Dozen Obstacle Mud Run

The Dirty Dozen Obstacle Mud Run is an annual event held at the Jerry Long Family YMCA in Clemmons, North Carolina. The 7th edition, scheduled for September 13, 2025, features a challenging 5K obstacle course for participants aged 7 and up, as well as a 1-mile Fun Run open to all ages. Runners can compete individually or in teams of four, navigating various obstacles that test strength, agility, and endurance, including a new and improved slip and slide.
