Mayhem on the Mountain

Dirty Spokes presents Mayhem on the Mountain, a trail running race at Sawnee Mountain in Cumming, Georgia. It offers two distances: 5.15 miles and 3.0 miles, on a newer forest trail system with single and double-track sections, rocky roots, steep climbs, and technical descents. The course runs through Hilltop Trail, Mountainside Trail, and Ridgeline Trail, featuring a dramatic ridgeline ascent and rugged, roller-coaster terrain with rocky creek crossings and views of the North Georgia mountains.

Lovers of ditch-the-city scenery will find a challenging, medal-rewarding atmosphere, with awards across multiple categories. Registration is capped at 325 runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
