Dole 3 Miler

The Dole 3 Miler is an annual running event held in Fryeburg, Maine, celebrating the legacy of elite runner George Dole. This family-friendly race features a 3-mile out-and-back course along the scenic Fryeburg Rail Trail. Open to runners of all levels, from elite athletes to first-timers and seniors over 80, the event fosters a welcoming atmosphere.

Participants receive commemorative t-shirts and handcrafted sturdleys, with past prizes including $200 gift certificates to Tracksmith.
