Event overview
The Double Chubb is a trail race held in St Louis, Missouri at West Tyson County Park, 131 N. Outer Rd East, Eureka. The event offers multiple distances:

The race is organized by the Saint Louis Ultrarunners Group. Registration closes on Thu, Mar 26, 2026. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at the Des Peres Fleet Feet location, with additional pickup available at the park on race day.
Course, aid and rules
The course uses marked trail loops with aid stations stocked with standard ultra food and fluids. Aid stations are set up at approximately 3.5M, 8M, 12.5M, 16M, 19.5M, 24M and 28.5M. The event is cup free; participants must bring their own water bottle or hydration pack to refill at aid stations. Runners are advised to carry water and food in hot conditions.
The new 25K RUCK requires participants to carry a minimum of 20 pounds (not including food and water). Packs will be weighed at the start and may be a backpack, weighted vest, or rucksack. Ruck participants who finish the course will receive a finisher’s medal.
There is an approximate nine hour cutoff for all races; the 50K first loop cutoff is approximately four hours. There are no refunds. Runners may drop from the 50K to the 25K up to one week before race day; drops after that will forfeit eligibility for awards. Bib transfers are allowed until 4/10/2025. Drop bags are collected near the park entrance and must be picked up before leaving. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
