Event overview
The 2025 Edmond Turkey Trot takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Downtown Edmond, Oklahoma, at 19 N. Boulevard, Edmond, OK 73034. The event includes two distances:
- 5k Run or Walk - $29; ages 0-2 free, ages 3-12 $15
- 1 Mile Family Wobble - $17; ages 0-2 free, ages 3-12 $10
Strollers and friendly dogs on a leash are allowed. A prize will be awarded for the best Turkey Trot costume. The event is volunteer coordinated and 100% of proceeds benefit Turning Point Ministries and the YMCA.
Logistics and registration
T-shirt registration ends on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at noon to allow time for shirt production. General registration closes on November 25, 2025. In-person registration and packet pickup are handled at Russell Dougherty Elementary School, 19 N. Boulevard; packets are available for 5K runners and 1 Mile participants who ordered a T-shirt and can also be picked up on race morning. The 5K field will be started in waves based on estimated finish times, and participants with strollers or dogs on a leash are asked to start toward the back for safety.
