Elder Creek Night Runs is a unique nighttime trail running event held near Anza, California, on land graciously provided by the Cahuilla Band of Indians. The race features distances of 9 miles, 13 miles, 30K, and 50K, all run on a 4.6-mile loop combining single-track trails and wide dirt roads through manzanita trees and striking rock formations, with scenic views of Cahuilla Mountain. Participants enjoy running under a full moon, starting at sunset, with aid stations after each loop and the chance to pass their parked cars.
