The 5K to End Overdose is a community running event held in Fredericksburg, Virginia, supporting the Zoe Freedom Center's mission to provide free addiction services. Scheduled for August 23, 2025, the event offers both in-person and virtual 5K races, including categories for participants under 12. The course features a challenging hill near the finish, with food and drinks available afterward.

Participants who register by August 1 receive a race t-shirt and finisher's medal. Parking is accessible at the UMW Tennis Center and nearby streets, with indoor restrooms at the Jepson Alumni Center. Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in the in-person race.

The event proceeds help raise awareness and funds to maintain free addiction support services. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
