16th Annual Fawn Lake Triathlons : August 30, 2026
The event takes place at Fawn Lake, 11305 Longstreet Drive, Spotsylvania, VA 22551. It includes adult and youth triathlon races plus an adult 3-person relay. Registration for the listed events opens March 26, 2026. Entry fees shown are: adult triathlon $130, youth races $50, and adult 3-person relay $180. The event donates 100% of race proceeds to designated charity partners.
Distances, categories, logistics and extras
- Adult: 700 m swim, 12.4 mile bike, 5 km run
- Youth 10-15: 225 m swim, 6.2 mile bike, 2 km run
- Youth 6-11: 75 m swim, 3.1 mile bike, 1 km run
Youth categories are organized by age ranges shown above. A pre-race packet pickup is scheduled at Fleet Feet Fredericksburg on August 23. Awards include medals and custom awards 3-deep in age groups, plus special awards for course records and the fastest family using cross-country scoring. Participant items listed include medals, water bottles, backpacks and caps. Race photos are provided free. Charity partners named for this edition include The Brisben Center, Micah Ministries, Empowerhouse, Our Military Kids, Leashes of Valor, Wilderness Community Church Food Pantry, and Squishy Face Crew.
