English's Ridge Rumble

English's Ridge Rumble is an annual trail running event held at Green Lakes State Park in Fayetteville, NY. The race offers three distances: 50km, 20 miles, and 10 miles, with a challenging 10-mile loop featuring about 1,300 feet of elevation gain. The course showcases scenic and technical trails, including areas like The Serengeti, Round Lake, and Quarry Hill, with a mix of mulch beds, gravel, grass, and some paved sections.
