Event overview
The Export 100 Trail Run is a 104-mile out-and-back trail race in Export, Pennsylvania, held on October 3, 2026. The course includes about 7,392 feet of elevation gain and has a 32-hour overall cut-off. The event donates 100% of profits to the local trail community. Pacers are permitted after Mile 62 for the remainder of the race.
Course and logistics
The route follows the Westmoreland Heritage Trail and West Penn Trail and also uses single-track sections in Morosini Reserve, Duff Park, and Pleasant Valley Park. The heritage and Penn trails are open to the public and may have bicycles on them; the single-track park sections will be runnable only. The course is described as accessible for family and friends, with much of the route visible from public areas.
Aid stations are placed along the route from Mile 0 through Mile 103.77. Most listed aid stations have bathrooms, and the bathrooms noted (except those at Newport Road and Rangos) are heated and have running water for runners and crew. Stations alternate between full-stocked aid and water-only support; several allow crew access while others do not. Trail maps are available for the named trail sections.
