Express Your Superpower 10K

The Express Your SuperPower 5K/10K Fun Run and Tot Trot is an annual event held in Canton, Georgia, within Etowah River Park and Heritage Park. Featuring a fast, flat course, the race offers multiple distances including a 5K, 10K, Fun Run, and Tot Trot for young children, with virtual options available as well. Participants are encouraged to dress as superheroes to celebrate real-life and comic heroes.

The event supports the MedMilk Project to establish Georgia’s first milk bank for medically fragile infants and raises awareness for World Breastfeeding Week.
