Farmingdale Ram Run 5K Run/Walk

The Farmingdale Ram Run 5K Run/Walk is set to take place on April 13, 2025, at Farmingdale State College's Nold Athletic Complex. This community event features a 5K run/walk and a free Kids Fun Run, promoting health and wellness while supporting the Farmingdale State College Alumni Association. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for a food drive benefiting the college's food pantry.

The first 200 registrants will receive a fanny pack, and there will be post-race refreshments, including hot chocolate and a complimentary beer for those over 21. Awards will be given to top finishers in various categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
