Event overview
Fast Before The Feast is a Thanksgiving Day road running event presented by Midwest Multisport Races. The 2025 edition is scheduled for Thursday, November 27, 2025, at White Bear Lake County Park in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Distance options include:
- Turkey Dash - 0.5 mile
- 5k - 3.1 miles
- 10k - 6.2 miles
Logistics and awards
Packet pick-up is available only on race morning and includes race bib, timing chip, finisher medal, and an event t-shirt if selected. Registrants receive a pre-race email with event details and an age group breakdown. 5k and 10k course maps are published by the organizer. Free parking is available with overflow parking as needed. A professional photographer will be on site at no additional cost. Strollers and dogs are encouraged and welcome.
A portion of race proceeds is donated to local hunger relief efforts. Official results are provided by FrontrunnerUSA. Awards are given to the top overall male and female and to the top three male and female in each age group (19 and Under; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70+). Turkey Dash participants receive finisher medals; age group winners receive ribbon awards to attach to finisher medals. Overall winners are not eligible for age group awards.
