Fit 4 Fall 5K

The Fit 4 Fall 5K Run/Walk is held in St. Joseph, Michigan, starting and finishing at Silver Beach County Park. Scheduled for October 11, 2025, the event offers a 5K run, 5K walk, and a virtual 5K option available from October 11 to 19.

Participants receive a long-sleeve tri-blend race shirt, bib, goody bag (for the first 500), and post-race snacks. The race features chip timing with awards for top overall runners and walkers, plus age group medals. Virtual participants who submit times by October 19 also earn finisher medals.
