Flatrock 101

FlatRock 101 is a renowned trail ultramarathon held near Independence, Kansas, featuring distances of 101K, 50K, 25K, 12K, and 5K. As the oldest trail ultra in Kansas, it offers a challenging double out-and-back course along the scenic Elk River Hiking Trail, characterized by limestone bluffs, rock formations, and mostly single-track, rocky terrain without long hills. The event includes multiple aid stations stocked with water, electrolytes, and snacks.
