Outlaw WinterRock

Outlaw WinterRock is a trail running event held at Elk City Lake in Independence, Kansas, featuring 25K and 12K distances. The course is a technical, mostly single-track out-and-back route along the Elk River Hiking Trail, winding through limestone bluffs, rock formations, and scenic vistas.
