Foot Traffic Flat Marathon

The Foot Traffic Flat is a popular running event held annually on July 4th at Sauvie Island, Oregon, known for its flat, fast, and scenic courses through farmland and wildlife. The race offers multiple distances including a full marathon, half marathon, quarter marathon, 5K, and a kids' 1K dash. Both the full and half marathons are certified Boston-qualifying courses.

Participants enjoy a festive atmosphere with cute medals, tech shirts, custom bibs, and local Alden’s Organics ice cream at the finish. Amenities include water and electrolyte stations, snacks, misting tents, and shuttle service from NW Portland to reduce traffic.
