One pacer is allowed per runner; pacers must register, sign a waiver, check in for a wristband, and pay the stated pacing fee. Unauthorized pacers result in disqualification. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have a parental/guardian waiver. Registration is final; no refunds, transfers or deferrals. Earbuds and hiking poles are permitted.
