Fountainhead Half Marathon Trail Run

The Fountainhead Half Marathon and 10K Trail Run, taking place in Fairfax Station, VA, features challenging and scenic courses through Fountainhead Regional Park. Participants can choose between a half marathon (approximately 13.5 miles) and a 10K (approximately 6.9 miles), both of which include sections of the Bull-Run Occoquan Trail and side trails with significant elevation changes. The event is designed for runners of all levels and includes multiple aid stations offering water, Gatorade, and snacks.
