Frank J Valvano Memorial 10k Run

The Frank J Valvano Memorial 10k Run takes place in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, at the scenic Lake Carey. This event is part of a race day that also includes the Admiral Stark Memorial 5k run/walk and a one-mile kids' fun run for children aged 10 and under. Participants in the 10k enjoy beautiful lake views along a wheel-measured, accurate course.

Medals are awarded across seven age groups, as well as to the top male and female finishers.
