Franklin Mountains Trail Runs
The Franklin Mountains Trail Runs, held at Franklin Mountains State Park in El Paso, Texas, is a challenging mountain race series featuring multiple distances including 5k, 10k, half marathon, 30k, 55k, a 12-hour event, and the King/Queen of the Mountain race. Participants ascend from the desert floor to the summit of North Franklin Peak (7,192 feet), enjoying panoramic views of Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Mexico.
