FRC Fun Run + Wellness

FRC Fun Run + Wellness is a community event hosted at Life Time Folsom. The centerpiece is a 5K fun run open to all paces, followed by a wellness-forward evening. Attendees enjoy a live DJ, food and drinks for purchase, a cold plunge experience, a pool party, and a recovery station, plus vendors and local brands.

The event emphasizes movement, recovery, connection, and celebration. Tickets are $25 and include a race bib, T-shirt, and one free beer; shirts are guaranteed for orders placed by Sept 3.
