Friends of McCormick's Creek 5K

The Friends of McCormick's Creek 5K Run/Walk is an annual event held at McCormick's Creek State Park in Spencer, Indiana. Celebrating its 20th year, this race features a fast 5K course with rolling hills, making it part of the Mag 7 Series. Participants can choose to run or walk the 5K route through the scenic state park.

Proceeds support projects that preserve and enhance the park's natural, cultural, and recreational resources. The event includes packet pick-up at the Nature Center, refreshments, and an awards ceremony recognizing top overall runners and walkers, as well as age group winners.
