Event overview
The Frogman 5K Trail Run takes place in Jacksonville, North Carolina on March 21, 2026. The event is part of the Frogman Challenge and supports SE Outdoors and the Jacksonville-Onslow Sports Commission. The run uses a wooded trail on a property known as the "400-acres." The trail is described as predominantly flat and was created specifically for this event. Dogs are not allowed unless they are service animals.

Logistics and entries
The 5K Trail Run includes overall and masters awards for male and female finishers, plus first place awards in each age division. Everyone who crosses the finish line receives a finisher medal. T-shirts are an optional additional purchase during registration; the deadline to order is March 10. Packet pickup is scheduled for March 20 at two locations, including Extreme Outfitters at 100 Western Blvd, Jacksonville; random bib prizes will be given to some who pick up then. A shuttle is available for runners between Catalyst Church (1985 Gum Branch Rd) and the start/finish area. Registration opens November 1, 2025.
