Frontier Days Stampede Run

The Frontier Days Stampede Run, held in Arlington Heights, Illinois, offers a variety of events including a 10K run, 5K run, 5K walk (untimed), and a 1/4 mile kids dash. All races start and finish at the Frontier Days grounds at Miner Street and Douglas Avenue. The 5K and 10K courses are USATF certified, with aid stations providing water and Gatorade.

Strollers and baby joggers are allowed at the back of the race groups. Participants receive technical shirts, with kids getting cotton tees and finisher ribbons.
