Overview
The Frozen Hare Swim and TriFest is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025 in Broomall, PA. Event headquarters are at Lawrence Park Swim Club, 293 Langford Rd., Broomall, PA 19008. The venue is an outdoor heated 25 meter pool, generally kept at about 80F or warmer. The event is the second race of the Frozen Hare Series and includes both in-person and virtual options.
Events and logistics
The program offers pool swims, runs, multisport races, duathlons, aquabikes, and virtual versions. Multisport events record only the time for each leg; transition times are not kept. Bike and run legs are self supported: there is no traffic control and no course markings for road segments. Cycling-only entries may use a stationary trainer, which will be scored separately from road rides. Swimmers may be asked to share a lane during pool heats.

All racers receive a race t-shirt if entry is received by 12/1. Custom awards are given to the top three overall and top three in each age group for each event. Pre-registration is advised; participants should check in and arrive at least 30 minutes before their assigned wave.
