Frozen Hare

The Frozen Hare is a winter swim and triathlon event taking place at the Lawrence Park Swim Club in Broomall, PA. Participants can choose from various events, including 5K and 1K swims, a 3-mile run, and multiple triathlon formats such as Sprint and Olympic distances. The event features a heated outdoor pool, ensuring a comfortable experience for swimmers.

Athletes can complete the swim, bike, and run segments in any order, with self-supported biking and running on local roads. All participants receive a race t-shirt and awards for top finishers.
