About the race
Frozen Hare 2 Swim and TriFest, the finale of the Frozen Hare Series, is held in Broomall, PA, at the Lawrence Park Swim Club. The event centers on an outdoor heated 25-meter pool and offers SwimFest pools (5K or 1K) and a 3-mile run. Multisport options include Runner's Aquathlon (1K swim + 3 mile run), Swimmer's Aquathlon (5K swim + 3 mile run), Sprint and Olympic Triathlons, Swim-Run and Duathlon formats, and various Aquabike events.
Bike and run legs are self-supported with no traffic control or course markings; participants must follow road rules. Heats run throughout the day; shirts are issued to early entrants, and awards go to top finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
