Funest 50K @ Carter Rd

Funest 50k @ Carter Rd in Mulberry, Florida, offers 50k, 30k, and 10k trail races on Loyce E. Harpe Park’s mountain-bike trails. The course twists through rolling hills and an old phosphate mine area, with sand and dirt trails that have been developed over the years.

The 10k is a single loop; the 30k runs three loops; the 50k runs five loops. Runners can expect a hard but fun challenge, with an excellent aid station (electrolytes, soda, water) and post-race foods like quesadillas, hot dogs, hamburgers, and bacon. Awards for top finishers, finisher socks and stickers, and a charity component.
