Geaux Wild Ultra

Geaux Wild Ultra takes place at Lake Bistineau State Park in Doyline, Louisiana. The event features two distances: a 50-mile ultra and a 50K. The course is a 10-mile loop weaving together the Blue Wing, Koasati, and Whoa Mule trails, with two aid stations along the route—the main Start/Finish aid offering hot food, plus a halfway unmanned station around mile 5 for water, snacks, ice, and electrolytes.

Runners encounter classic Louisiana State Park trail terrain: flat, muddy sections, tree roots, and natural surfaces. Back for year 2 with new swag, finishers earn medals, with top finishers receiving custom medals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
