The event is insured and sanctioned by USA Track & Field. All finishers will receive a finisher medal. Finishing times will be available for 5K participants; the 1M Fun Run will not be timed. The minimum age for the 5K is 6 years; there is no minimum age for the 1M Fun Run. Pets are allowed in the 1M Fun Run but are not allowed on the 5K course. Strollers are allowed on course.
Course and logistics
The stated event location is Saddlehorn Park, 9199 Saddlehorn Drive, Irving, TX 75063. Race packets can be picked up in advance at 8830 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving. Late packet pickup and on-site registration are available on race morning; new registrations on race day require a mobile device and credit card, and no cash is accepted. Entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable.
The 5K uses disposable timing chips attached to the bib; participants must wear their bib visibly on the front. T-shirt sizes listed include XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2X.
