The GOAT Run in Port Angeles, Washington, is a challenging trail running event featuring a half marathon, marathon, and 50K race along the scenic Olympic Adventure Trail. The point-to-point course traverses Kelly Ridge between Olympic National Park and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, finishing at the stunning Lake Crescent inside the park. Runners experience lush forests, single-track trails, unpaved forest roads, and a short pavement stretch, with elevation gains of approximately 1,500 ft (half marathon), 3,500 ft (marathon), and 3,700 ft (50K).
